HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL
At Nicho, we've been crafting incredible Halloween Festivals for over thirty years. We delight in the excitement on kids' faces as they arrive and dive into the games, activities, and spooky thrills. It's a fantastic family day out, held annually on the last Saturday in October.
OUR PURPOSE
The Nicholson Street Public School Parent and Citizens (P&C) Association is a volunteer-driven group that gives parents a voice in their children's education. It aims to enhance the school experience by collaborating closely with the school, teachers, students, families, and the broader community. The P&C enriches the school environment through the efforts of parent volunteers, input from parents, access to parental expertise, and financial support from P&C funding.
OUR PROJECTS
At Nicholson Street, we're committed to providing the best environment for our students. Our carefully crafted roadmap has enabled us to achieve some truly outstanding projects over the years. In 2023, we unveiled a new outdoor learning area and a brand-new basketball and football court, giving students the perfect space to play sports, burn off energy, and connect with peers who share similar interests across the school at recess and lunch. We've also added beloved playground features like a slippery dip and monkey bars, ensuring that kids can enjoy classic fun and just be kids!
